2-Liter-tin with 1200g of 2-minute corn semolina vacuumed and sealed under protective atmosphere (Swiss Can Machinery).
Incl. plastic lid for easy resealing.
Preparation:
Stir corn semolina into boiling water/broth, cook on low heat for 2-5 minutes – stir well. If available you can refine this dish with butter and grated cheese/parmesan.
Semolina/liquid ratio: 1:4
1 tin of 1200g gives 24 side dish portions or 9 main meal portions.
